Training:

Intensive 4 week outdoor fitness bootcamp designed to achieve your fitness goals. Each day will focus on a total body workout incorporating your own body weight, resistance bands, agility drills, running drills and more.

Times

  • Tues & Thurs at 6-7am
  • Saturdays at 8-9am

Per camp: $125.00

Drop-ins: $15.00/session
